You can book two one ways to create a “round trip” when planning a point to point
trip.
From Country
The country from which you are shipping your bicycle.
From Postal Code
The ZIP or postal code from which you are shipping your bike.
Enter “99999” for countries and locations that do not use postal codes.

The country to which you are shipping your bicycle.

Delivery Date
The delivery date is the date your bicycle will be delivered at your destination
location. When you set your delivery date, we return the available shipping speeds
to your destination along with the ship dates and rates for each. As needed, you
can adjust the delivery date until your ship date when you want.
We suggest that you set your delivery date so your bike arrives one day prior
to your arrival.
Return Ship Date
The return ship date is the date you will drop off your bike at a nearby FedEx location
or we will pick up your bike for your return trip. When set the return ship date,
we return the available shipping speeds to your destination along with the delivery
dates and rates for each. As needed you can also adjust return date until your delivery
date when you want.
Please note your label is still valid for several days after your ship date.
Number
The total number of boxes and cases that you are shipping this trip.
No
The item number of each box or case that you are shipping this trip.
Box or Case
A list of the most popular bike shipping boxes and bicycle travel cases with preset
dimensions.
If you do not see your exact box or case, you can enter dimensions or edit the
dimensions of the nearest preset.
Dimensions
L
The length or the longest side.
H
The height or the second longest side.
W
The width or remain side.
Within the US, the max size for Ground and Express is 165 in (L +2H + 2W) with Freight
service usually available for larger boxes and cases. Internationally, the max size
for Ground and Express is 130 in (L +2H + 2W) but Freight service is NOT always
available. For some remote countries and islands, the max size drops to 108 in due
to smaller planes.
When measuring the dimensions of your bike shipping box or bicycle travel case
for shipping, half inches get rounded up.
Weight
The combined weight of all your contents (bike, helmet, tools, wetsuit, etc.. )
and the box / case including any packing materials.
You can use a bathroom scale when packing to weigh of your shipment. 70 lbs is
the max weight for most bike shipping boxes and bike travel cases before additional
fees apply.
Value
The value that you wish to declare for Liability Coverage and Customs when shipping
internationally.
Please note all shipments with a Total Value over 500 USD require a Direct Signature
for delivery. You can decline Direct Signature requirement by contacting support
prior to shipping.
