Interbike 2018 Shipping

Bring your bike with you to Interbike and enjoy some great riding in the Reno and Lake Tahoe area! The annual Interbike International Bicycle Exposition is where the bicycle industry gathers to celebrate, educate and conduct the business of cycling. Bicycle retailers, media, importers and distributors can also discover the latest in bicycle technology, including bicycle demos at the largest two-day demo event for the trade, Outdoor Demo.

New for 2018, you can ship your bike directly to and from the Reno-Sparks Convention Center hosting Interbike. Once you arrive, you can then pick up and self-assemble your bike at our BikeFlights.com Pick Up/Drop Off Center (Room D1). If you shipped with us, we'll also store your box or case for free during the show. When you're done riding your bike, come back to self-pack your bike and drop it off. We'll have some basic tools and bike racks on site for assembly and packing plus we'll be able to print out your return labels. Our Pick Up/Drop Off center will be staffed on Friday, September 14 from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm; on Monday, September 17 through Wednesday, September 19 from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm; and Thursday, September 20 from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. There will be no Pick Up/Drop Off Center hours on Saturday, September 15 and Sunday, September 16.

You may also ship your bike directly to your hotel, a friend's house, a local FedEx or a local bike shop. You are responsible for getting your bike to/from any of these locations and assembling and disassembling it or hiring a local shop to do assembly and packing. Please note that if you ship your bike to yourself in care of any FedEx location, you will have to present an ID when picking it up there, and if you ship your bike to a local hotel, it may be subject to the hotel's package handling fees. We suggest contacting any shipping location in advance to verify that they will accept and hold your bike and at what, if any charge.

Book your shipment below. We've pre-populated the following ship-to locations: the Reno-Sparks Convention Center, local FedEx stores and host hotels. Simply click the map pin next to the "where are you shipping to" field. We've also pre-populated suggested dates by which your bike should arrive prior to the event and when it should start shipping home if you are coming for the entire Interbike Marketweek. You can manually edit the ship dates to customize them to better suit your itinerary if different.
