Our claims team, which consists of fellow cyclists who ride and know bikes, will review the information submitted in accordance with our Shipping Policy. We’ll let you know if additional information is needed.
A claims team member will notify you regarding the resolution of your claim. If your claim is approved, we will contact you to determine the best payment method. Approved claims are paid within seven business days.
