Thunder Mountain Bikes Shipping

It looks like you're coming to Sedona! We are excited to have you ship your bike to us! To make sure your bike is ready to go, please follow the steps below.

When shipping your bike to Thunder Mountain Bikes, please email the following information to Sedona@thundermountainbikes.com

• First and Last Name
  
• Email Address
  
• Phone Number
  
• Bike brand, model, size, color
  
• Box / Case type
  
• Bikes arrival date
  
• Tracking number (when available)
  
• Let us know if we need to build your bike for $50. If you have a brand new bike, please contact us first.
  
• We charge a one time fee of $20 to hold each bike bag/box/case while you are in town. Let us know if we will be storing your bike box, etc., and for how long while you are out riding our incredible trails!

• Generously pad all around your frame, and secure padding in place.
  
• Install and secure frame and fork dropout protectors.
  
• Use a high quality box, sized appropriately for your frame.
  
• Put your name on your shipping label and the box.
