Refund Policy
Shipments
We offer full refunds for unused shipments for up to 30 days after the purchase date.
For shipments that are unused from 31 to 60 days after the purchase date, we offer account credits.
Refunds are returned using the original method of payment, and account credits are issued to the
purchaser’s Bikeflights account. To cancel a shipment, log into your Bikeflights account and select
“Your Orders” then locate the order you’d like to cancel. Click on “Details, Documents & Cancel,”
then click the “Cancel Order” button. If you do not have a Bikeflights account, reply to your order
confirmation email with PLEASE CANCEL. Refunds and account credits may take up to 3-5 days to process.
We do not refund international clearance fees after delivery.
We do not refund charitable donations made to non-profit
organizations through our Buck Up for Bikes Program.
Merchandise
We offer full refunds, minus the return shipping cost, on unused merchandise returned within
30 days of the original purchase date. Refunds are returned using the original method of payment.
To request a refund and get return instructions, reply with PLEASE RETURN to your order confirmation email.
Refunds may take up to 7-10 days to process once the return merchandise is received.
